How do cutting knives break?

If cutting knives made of powder-metallurgical steels are set too deep into the cutting bar, there is a risk that they will break.

How can this problem be prevented?
Adjust the depth of the knife into the cutting bar.

Tip:
Tooth depth + 0.2 mm
