Knife Breakage (Circular Dished Knives)

Knife breakage appears frequently, depending on thickness and fabric of the material to be cut.
Normally the knife blocks spring is the problem

The problem normally can be solved by using springs with a higher pretension
Sometimes the knives’ radial runout has to be controlled
