Glue residues (face cutting machine)
Residue of the labels’ glue left at the knives after cutting is called Leimanhaftungen.
To facilitate this issue, we offer non-stick coating in combination with a special knife geometry. The non-stick coating reduces Glue residues, which facilitates the knifes‘ cleaning.
The reduced Glue residues results in a higher quality of cuts and decreases the quantity of discards. Furthermore, the knifes turning intervals are increased.
