Uneven Cutting Bevels

Uneven cutting bevel lengths may create a bias cut on the tissue paper roll, especially on high density products.

• Check the angles of the grinding wheel set up. Both grinding assemblies should be set at angles of 7°- 7,5° (total bevel 14° - 15°)
  On request our technicians check the angles on-site.
• Grinding pressure must be equal on both grinding wheels
• Grinding wheel to log saw blade overlap (chord depth) must be the same on both sides of the blade. It should be adjusted according to the red marks on the TKM grinding wheels
• Both grinding wheels must be clean.
